There was high curiosity about the first chocolate-infused cocktail bar in Delhi, NCR. Aptly named MELT, the cocktail lounge and bar in Noida's Sector 98, on the fifth floor of the sprawling Skymark One complex, was all charm. I had the advance briefing that Melt aims for a fusion of the finest attributes by infusing the tastes of world-class chocolates into its stature as the first chocolate-infused cocktail bar in Delhi, NCR.

The October 12 night was memorable with the hospitality of MELT and the Chef Table, which meant specially curated food, drinks, and desserts by main chef Gaurav Singh in vegetarian and non-vegetarian formats.

The concept of a chocolate-infused bar and restaurant has pampered patrons with cocktails with great aromas and delicious chocolate desserts. The luxurious restaurant bar offers breathtaking views of the beautiful city. The evening party was also an opportunity to indulge in the views of the city skyline and city lights, with the sunset vibes taken over by neon lights.

Enchanting Interiors
As a first-time visitor, I was impressed to see the investment made in the cocktail bar's modern interior, which created a cheerful atmosphere. The Melt entrance leads to a space with organic walls and curving interiors. The hypnotic blue color of the bar adds an extra vibe to the atmosphere. The brand’s marketing official, Diksha Luthra, vividly explained the brand's mission behind the specially designed interiors and how they expand the enchanting vibes and friendliness during parties and trigger a sense of anticipation and camaraderie.

The Chef Table session started at 8 p.m. Gaurav Singh began unveiling an array of world cuisines. As the night wore on, Gaurav packed the table with more dishes and unique drinks. The finale of rich chocolate desserts hit the table after a thrilling two hours. The audience, comprising the media and prominent residents, really enjoyed every bit of it. The cocktails were amazing, and the music had you hooked.

The expat chef Sercan Akgol also thrilled the guests with his creations in the mains, with the delicious Neapolitan pizza, mouth-watering Pesta Burrata Risotto, succulent grilled sole, and delicious mushroom funghi. All the dishes expressed a harmonious combination of culinary art and contemporary style.

The culinary virtuoso head chef, Gaurav with two decades of experience in many luxury hotels and restaurants such as Oberoi, Leela, Kempinski, Radisson, and Lite Bite, showed off his amazing professional expertise. His skill to infuse sophistication into the cuisine showed off glimpses of his foreign stint in Mexico’s top restaurants.

Melt enthralls with its handmade chocolate-making sessions. In line with its brand power, the resto uses only Valrhona chocolate, one of the most expensive chocolates from France, to create luxurious desserts. Among the heavenly selection of sweet indulgences at Melt are the iconic Chocolate Bar Melt, Crunchy Mango Pate, and many more.

In the live chocolate-making sessions, skilled chocolatiers captivate visitors to create delicious chocolate desserts. You can seek out delicious waffles and many standout flavors, such as the Raspberry Inspiration flavor. When you seek out the blend of Valrhona chocolate with gin or vodka there is an unforgettable, sensational surreal experience to crown your night out.

By combining a vibrant atmosphere and innovative offerings, Melt has successfully delivered the perfect setting for guests to gather and enjoy their evenings. The ace bartenders have crafted an array of innovative drinks that add value to a cheery night out. There is an unforgettable treat from classic cocktails to signature creations such as the Melt DIY G&T and Naughty Professor, catering to every taste.

From a personal point of view, among the spirits served, the gin cocktail has been a great concoction. Called Sunset Brew, the cocktail accompanied the main course with a chocolate base and coffee flavor. It serves as a special thumbs up to the bar manager, Ahmed, who has done a great job handcrafting the cocktail blend.

That is why MELT has entered the bucket list of exotic go-to places for a dinner night out or an early casual lunch.
