Telus International, famous as a leading digital customer experience (CX) innovator, has opened its TELUS Digitization Campus in India on April 17, 2024.

Strengths of Telus India

Telus International has chosen Noida to be the location of its second digitization campus globally. The digitization campus in India follows the opening of the first campus in Guatemala in 2022.

Telus International operates three sites in India. There are two centers in Noida (Candor Tech Space, Sector 135 and SEZ Area) and one in Bangalore.

The Indian unit houses more than 6,000 customer experience experts, technology professionals, and developers possessing extensive mastery of all digital technologies, including the latest ones such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and big data.
